San Nicholas down the hall from Santa Rosa… would have one room for staging.
Santa Rosa might still be doable if we can guarantee we’d do it without staging and maintain a super small body count. Crew would have to hang outside. Access via a stairwell.
Awesome ocean view. With windows on two sides. Comparable in size to the Santa Rosa Room… Perhaps even slightly bigger. Balcony on one side. But only one floor up.. So still pretty easy for lighting.
We can talk about whether we could still shoot Santa Rosa without any staging. Skeleton crew working the scene. And folks who need to step in or out access via stairwell from the ground floor.
