Garage is across from L.I.U soccer field and next to Brooklyn Hospital The L1 space is not completely underground, there is a roll down gate at entrance. The ceilings are low appx 7ft to maybe 8ft. Not sure how much day light leaks into space since it was cloudy / raining. Sound note: There was an air ventilation buzz that they weren't sure can be turned off. I will double check with Kevin.
