5.Palace Theater Alley

Alley Btw 6th and 7th Street behind Palace Theater. You can have full control of Alley and dress the doors into all of the buildings with Korean Signage. There are also 3 parking lots leading to Spring Street for Trucks/Equipment or to film in as well. Can control 6th Street at the end of Alley for the Bus Pull up with a lane closure.

6.Winston Ave.

This is an easily controllable street with busy streets on both ends. Just have to make deal with Richard Wynn and theres a good parking lot next door for trucks and equipment

7.East West Hotel on 8th Street

This might not be as busy as you guys would like, but I thought 8th street had an interesting look. Could have good control of 8th street and the Side streets as well, but there are some Palms looking down the side streets.
