Alan is all good for filming, says they've had previous productions will there like "9-1-1". He has a rough estimated rate of about $10,000 per day but is willing to negotiate. He said he is available to be there as a site rep if we need him to.

Steve is completely fine with filming and encourages it, just says we need to speak and make the deal with Deek. They've had NCIS film there before as well.

Deek is all good with filming and has an estimate rate of about $2,000 for the half day shoot, just depends on how much activity there will be on the property.
