The property grounds have transitioned away from recycling. It’s shifting to more of a container yard. The bones of the buildings are still the same. And, the street and gate would play ok as well. Would need to dress in some junk cars and containers to get similar look as it was established. Particularly good inside looking out at the main gate as that whole area is still pretty intact.
Note Amazon took over the big warehouse property down the street. So the city pushed out recycling perhaps changing the zoning. But Gu’s has a lot of parking now. So easy to Basecamp onsite.
