Guests often use the main house kitchen. So like MPK suggested previously during our zoom, maybe add a line of dialogue that says something like… “owners are out of town and said we could use the kitchen and bar area, etc etc”
Kitchen and bar area could work great as extension of Airbnb rental. Just skip the living room of the main house.
