The first two pictures remind me of one of the beaches that I visited in Puerto Rico on St. Thomas Island.  There was only one problem, there were hypo-dermic needles all over the beach.  It was necessary to watch closely where you walked and one needed to wear shoes so they wouldn't accidentally puncture their feet with the needles.  Isn't that sad, the most beautiful places on earth tainted with drugs.

James was so happy to have visited you yesterday.  It seems that your meeting was the highlight of his day.
