1964 Kaiser M-677 Froward Control Jeep #270 of about 400 M-series FC's produced and about 60 known survivors. I am the second civilian owner. The previous owner purchased it around 1973 from military surplus outside Fort Bragg-presuming this truck came from Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base. It was painted blue at that time. The previous owner drove it from North Carolina to Missouri and the Great Lakes. It has about 12,000 original miles on it. It is 100% original except the paint and the large oil bath air cleaner mounted on the passenger side. The original air cleaner inside the cab is still with it. The original diesel engine is apart and missing the supercharger. It has very little rust as shown in the photos-just a little in a rocker panel and door. Relative to how bad these rare Jeeps rust out, this is an extremely solid example. The bed is very straight and solid with some dents in the original aluminum canopy.
