Sand blasting machine
The first thing you should know about sandblasting is how it works. A sandblasting machine
consists of a cylinder that contains loose sand and compressed air. The sand is blasted by the
compressed air, which is then focused onto the surface to be cleaned. The sand can then be
collected and reused. When you are done with a job, you can use the sand to clean another
surface.
A sand blasting machine has three basic parts: an air
compressor, a pressurized tank, and a hand-held
pressure gun. A hopper sits on top of the gun, which is
filled with silica sand. The compressed air is fired
through the gun when the trigger is pressed, which
draws the sand from the hopper through the barrel.
The sand is then drawn through the hose, causing the
material to be cleaned.
