1 First walk as an only pup....... Astro enjoys his first walk at the creek. This is not a safe walk with littermates off leash, but as an only pup Astro does just fine!
2 Taking it all in.......... The bump in the path that the dirt bikes jump is also a scent post for neighborhood dogs.
3 Wow! Look at that creek!
4 Watch it! The ledge above the creek is scary when you peer over to watch the creek below!
5 Green! Lots of green grass here!
6 Role models...... Conan and Xena are great role models - they follow commands off leash, and they show the boy the ropes for the creek walk, ie sniff here, pee there, eat this patch of grass...
7 More good scents...... Bunnies, gophers and squirrels, OH MY!
8 Oh no.... My Boy knows we have turned back to head back to the car... He's gonna go for it...
9 Can you see? WET - yup, that pup took a dip. I wonder why?
10 Here's why..... Role model, that's why! My Boy Conan LOVES to swim!

12 Letting it all hang out.......... Xena is a shameless hussy when it comes to getting attention! And no time like the present to show her son how the 'pro's' do it!
13 Gotcha! "Oh,but isn't the small one so cute?" Sometimes the plan can backfire!
14 Looks like the trouble... Has only just begun here! Ruby and Astro really seem to hit it off.
