CITRINE:Semi-precious.From the French word "citron" meaning lemon and is a rare,yellow type of quartz that ranges in color from pale yellow to orange to golden brown. Citrine is sometimes produced by heating amethysts.

EMERALD:Green precious stone that belongs to the beryl group of stones that include aquamarines. All emeralds contain inclusions,which are evidence of the genuineness of the stone.Usually treated with colorless oil,wax or natural and synthetic resins into voids or dyed to improve appearance. Synthetic emeralds are hard to distinguish from natural emeralds.
