Sightseeing hour before the official opening. All stalls are still closed.

Comment from Wilhelm I: exactly what I had in mind. - Wilhelm I [king](more Romanovs than Hohenzollern blood) started the fair as a kind of 'All Union Trade Show' to promote agricultural know how.

A political activist in a loden coat who once harangued a lackadaisical audience at the central harvest column. (Given subject matter: courtroom intimidation.  Nearly disappointing.)

Wayward thoughts.

Can I do 30 push-ups voluntarily.

As an aside: impressive display of security personal. Two types of uniforms even. Educated guess: ad hoc ushers and standard police.

Matching heroic hexameter (say Schiller), just very approximately (did not count the trochees): Nourished by the innate force of rubber, bouncing, jerking upwards driven. - Whatever it takes to define helium.

Not quite sure about the bone of discontent. Both parties look satisfied. (A moderately dexterous Hänsel could open the door any time. Just grope for the slide bolt. The padlock is missing.) In case you want to root for the witch: Think of all the bad cholesterol. Stay with gingerbread. - The strongly slanted panel to the far right features a giant (part of a Jack and the Beanstalk scene?).

Low g force device with more traditional motives (niche market). One of the signs reads 'Etagenkarussell' (='two tiered merry go round' should cover it), the adjacent one gives the 'chip' price. Two different semantic reservoirs.

Picture is unbalanced. Greenery is missing on the starboard sight. Some encroaching hydraulic arm was 'shooped'. Not much of an improvement.

Possibly a protracted food distribution negotiation.

School is out. Cannot identify the object of wonder.

The original montgolfier was a hot air balloon. The on board brazier has obviously been upgraded.

Two taps can apparently be operated simultaneously with one hand. That would require a pairing of clockwise and counterclockwise opening directions.

The car (né nacelle) looks fully loaded. (Strap-hanging once removed.) Estimated take-off payload: ± 1000kg.

Does not look like a family outing. The passenger list may include some members of the Fleet Street profession.

Will use the occasion as an excuse for some number juggling. Just a minor flight of fancy.

Atomic weight He (monoatomic) 4

Atomic weight N² (atmospheric, molecular) 2x15
Atomic weight O² (atmospheric, molecular) 2x16
(mix in appropriate parts)

Atomic weight H²O (as water vapor) 16+2
Atomic weight NH³ (volatile at room temp.) 15+3

First observation: you could get some buoyancy from water vapor as well as from ammonia (in the latter case even without heating).

The balloon envelop should retain larger molecule easier than smaller ones.

The sweet spot (or acrid spot as the case may be): Water vapor as well as ammonia are polar (for the shake of emphasize: bipolar) substances. Rough translation, easily aff...

The sprawling building (verdigrised copper plating) serves as conventions center and agora. Rather prestigious name even. Obliquely: organized associations have the right of way.

Initial ascent will be fairly rapid to clear the surrounding landmarks.

Close encounter with the 'Owl tower'  (Allegedly a Staufic heirloom. Most cemeteries do not come with watchtowers.)

The artificial horizon calls for some 'degaussing'.
