Not sure about the purpose of the roof scaffold. Winners in popularity contests will probably never find out. (Admittedly somewhat cranky but it does look like a key shifted guillotine.) - Most likely just a weather station.

Verbena officinale
Vervain. All purpose first aid herb in the time of Tacitus. Helps with all kinds of iron inflicted wounds, original script. Common lore of legionnaires and prize fighters. Probably the usual package: Simple contact magic + good luck charm. The prophylactic vulnerary.

Lookalike licence plate from the period of 2000-05. Still not completely phased out. The registration acronym HK (inventive suggestions: Hong Kong, Hanseatic Kiaochow) does not truly exist. The very reason why this letter combination was chosen. The technical inspection decal (expired) looks genuine although same claim that it is also a facsimile. The dexter (from car side) of the heraldic decal shows a spread eagle (riding the thermals). Sinister, three terrestrial trees. It will be the town decal of the registration office in the original. Unrelated: BW stands for Bundeswehr (no POVs, only utility and staff vehicles).

Most local junk cars will be licence plate stripped. In theory the only way they can be deregistered. (Does not hold for the decal free licence plates of small trailers.)
