Oliver is now: (UKC) CH & (AKC) CH Rose Hills Just A Lil Night Fury @ Elcy
Rose Hills Just A Lil Night Fury @ Elcy aka Oliver was produced here at Rose Hill AHT's and lived in CA with his previous owner Elizabeth Vander Heul at ELCY AHT's until the end of September 2023 when he came back to live with us here at Rose Hill AHT's. Oliver will be here with us until we can find him a new home where he can retire and enjoy his life as a families faithful companion.
We congratulate Oliver and Liz on a job well done.
Oliver has earned the following titles:
April 23, 2023 - AKC Champion
May 13, 2023 - UKC Champion
Besides Oliver's parents being health tested, Oliver himself has been genetically DNA health tested through Embark and is clear for over 200 diseases that Embark currently tests for. Oliver has also received the following tests of which most are recorded on OFA.
Cardiac - Normal
Patella - Normal
Hips - Excellent
Legg-Calve-Perthes - Normal
SBA - Normal (9.4 post postprandial)
BAER - Normal
CERF/CAER - Normal
Micro-chipped
DNA profiled

Waffles - Placement pending allergy test Waffles was born in May 2019 and is a NEUTERED hairless black white tan piebald male. He weighs approx 15 pounds. He's a laid back, happy and fun little fella to have around. He does well with other dogs and I would prefer to place him in a home with another AHT or two his size. He is neutered, current on vaccines, is heartworm negative, micro-chipped, crate trained, house broke, AKC registered and is serum bile acid normal (under 15). Waffles has also been CERF/CAER (sight) and BAER (hearing) tested and has normal sight and hearing. He is cardiac and patella normal and has full Dentition (teeth). Waffles is micro-chipped and DNA profiled as well. He is use to having his nails dremeled. Waffles was our pick puppy from the litter and was used as a sire to several of our litters. Waffles will be vet checked and have a health certificate issued by my vet before he leaves for a new home. An application with references and a signed sales contract required. Ground transport may be available depending on your location and at the buyer expense. I will not hold any available puppy/dog without a non-refundable deposit. Both of Waffles parents has been DNA health tested through Gensol and is 100% clear for the known genetic diseases that is possible for this breed at the time of their testing. Waffles sire was also CERF/CAER tested and has normal sight. They also have normal cardiac and patellas and have been DNA profiled and micro-chipped. Waffles also has two son's that have earned show/performance titles.

16 Cards!
Some cards will be the first known copies ever to surface. Others of course have only one or two known examples.
This is a historical find by a private individual from Staten Island.
It's quite a story that will be told someday!
