Utility Patents

Utility - Patent #2545267
This piece is a Coro Pegasus signed locket.  I couldn't find a patent for this design, but see Coro Patent #152103.  The interesting thing about this patent is that the Coro Patent on this construction was used in 1948.  The utility patent was filed for in 1947 by E.S.Donle, but wasn't granted until 1951.

Coro  - Patent #110296
This dress clip is 2 1/4 X 1 inch.  So the question is, was this made as part of a Duette, or was it made as a stand alone clip?  The flowers on the other Duette I have are only 1 1/4 X 3/8 inches.  The over all Duette is 1 3/8 X 1 inch and are fur clips.

Enlarge photo 74
74
CoroCraft - Patent #154396
The flower on this Duette was patented as a brooch, but made as a Duette Fur Clip.  I found no patent for this Duette.

Coro - Patent #176670
This earring has the same leaf and stone placement as this Coro necklace.  I found no patent for this necklace.

Enlarge photo 76

Trifari - Patent #155215
This patent is for an earring, but this piece is a brooch.  There is no patent for a brooch.
