Work began in late 2015 to replace the crushed granite pathway in the Memorial Garden with paving blocks. Due to a later than anticipated start, work will not be completed until the spring of 2016.

01-07-16 (1) The first snow fall of the 2015 winter brought work to a halt.
01-07-16 (2) Work will resume when the ground has thawed. To be added is a plastic edging with steel spikes along the entire periphery to retain the walkway shape.
01-07-16 (3) The edges will be backfilled with loam and seeded.
01-07-16 (4) To finish the job, the walkway will be compacted to set and level the pavers and the joints between pavers filled with sand and compacted again.
2016 [03-09] (23) On 9 March, the block retainers were installed that hold the path shape, the blocks leveled and preparations were made for inserting super sand between the blocks.
