This is a ranch style house located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Northridge (aka Sherwood Forest) and is in close proximity to Cal State University of Northridge. The property has a circular driveway. There is a brick walking path along with brick seating walls adding depth and interest to the yard. The landscaping in the front of the house is flowering California native with three large orange trees. The street is wide and located in a quiet neighborhood that is friendly to filming. The backyard has mature trees and grass. There is a large pool and a separate spa along with a redwood swing and slide structure. The inside of the house has an expansive step down living room with high vaulted ceilings and a lot of natural light. The floor in this room is a light travertine tile. The fireplace is large and is made up of used brick with a wood mantle. There is a large built-in white cabinet that makes for a nice back drop. The kitchen has a vintage look with knotty pine cabinets, yellow and green tile countertops and the original 1953 cooktop. The dining area is off of the kitchen and has knotty pine wainscoting. The family room also features a corner brick fireplace, high ceilings and wood flooring. The house is located on almost a half an acre. Street parking is plentiful. There are two classic cars that may be available for filming as well. Thank you for your consideration.
