Jace, the sire of this litter, has many accomplishments, some of which include: He is currently the UKC Number 1 Top Ten Rat Terrier, has won 9 Total Dog Awards, Ranked #2 in UKC Terrier Racing, and took Honorable Mention at the UKC National Specialty sponsored by ARTA in April, 2014. He only has one more major and will also be an AKC Champion. Quite impressive for a 2 year old boy! Our precious Tressy has a stunning temperament, phenominal prey drive and good conformation. She is a wonderful all around great and healthy girl. She is humbled to have such an accomplished boyfriend, but a tennis ball still impresses her more. LOL
We would like to note that Tressy gave birth to 8 puppies. We lost the smallest male. RIP Apollo.

Riddick has come to us from Michelle Heist of Rat Pack Kennels in Alabama. He is our foundation male, our future lines here at Atencio Kennel will be based around him. His first weekend in the show ring, he took a Best In Multi-Breed Show... Not to shabby for a 6-month-old pup! His second weekend in the show ring, at just 11 months of age, he took TWO Best In Multi-Breed Show wins. In addition to being a good show dog and a loving family companion, Riddick has also proven himself to be a wonderful hunting dog - He has a tremendous amount of grit and prey drive, and a very good nose. He is so well rounded, truly an all-around working Terrier. I am excited to see what the future holds for Mr. Riddick... I cannot wait to see what he will continue to accomplish in the show ring, and to see what his offspring will accomplish in the years to come as well. I cannot thank Shelly Heist enough for allowing Riddick to be a part of my family! It is a privilege and a pleasure to be owned by him!

**HEALTH UPDATES**
11-23-2012 - Riddick went in to get a health certificate so that he could fly to another state for breeding, at that time we asked our vet to re-check his heart, patellae, and hips for soundess. At just shy of 5-years-old, he once again passed these vet checks with flying colors!
