WOOF & PUPPY PROTECTION ACT
The HR 4691 "WOOF" and HR 4693 "Puppy Protection Act" are in violation of Article XIV (Amendment 14 - Rights Guaranteed: Privileges and Immunities of Citizenship, Due Process, and Equal Protection)
