Family Room West Wall Grading
Here you can see the stone riser for that door (directly under the threshhold). The moldy drywall is at the left side of that threshhold. I think that the water is wicking through the stone and getting trapped in there - there is no metal flashing between the framing and cement or stone porches. This is why I fear for the rim joist behind the front porch (and the rim joist behind the side porch, though that is at least sheltered by a porch overhang.)

Also note the grade level here. I talked to the builder who accused me of creating the grading issues by adding mulch and flowerbeds. But if you look at the level of the foundation vs. the level of the ladder, you can see that it's not just the flowerbeds that are too high - it's the whole area. The flowerbeds might have added a few inches, but there is NO clearance between the foundation and the earth even subtracting the flowerbeds.
