I had looked at a home with the thought of purchasing it.I had seen the inspection report and it has great bones so speak, that was 3 months ago. Well the sales price has just came into range so I went for a second look just to make sure nothing had changed. And WOW!!! the musty smell about knocked me down. So of course I was confused because there had been no sign of mold, meldow, or leaks... I turned to the internet and found your story. So again thank you. And as for your experience with the lawsuit. That says alot about you as a person by not sueing the seller being her dreams had already be shattered to piece...

PS - I once lived in PA (Pipersville) in a crappily built stucco home. It is my understanding that most of the homes in that development regardless of its facade has had some kind of serious problem or another. Last I heard, many of the homeowners were suing the builder. One of the homes based on my floor plan had the chimney separate from house. Just came completely detached.
