Penannular brooch/pendant design 6607 with green faux marble stones.  1950's/1970's. Signed MIRACLE - signature has each letter the same size capital using a semi-serif font. Probably one of the earlier signatures - 1950's onwards.

Thank you so much for sharing this information about the Penannular Brooch.
I have the 6607 brooch with the Deantai Sasana marking on the back. It was my mother's brooch. I remember her wearing this when I was little and had wondered how old it was, just noticed the marking on the back Friday, the type is so small.  
I love this brooch and was so happy to see your information on it!
