In November of 2006 we bought a lot on Long Beach Peninsula, near the town of Ocean Park. We bought it sight unseen. We were anxious to see what we had bought. We spent 10 days on our friend's lot/campsite next to our lot. We cleared land and started the process of hiring a contractor to set it up for RV use.

10 The Sunset Sands Association has a day use park for members. Its linked to Loomis Lake through ponds.

15 Our lot is about 1 mile from the ocean. Long Beach Peninsula has many access points and you can drive your car on the beach.
