In the fall of 2007 we had our lot at Long Beach cleared and leveled. Next we had the power and water untilities run in from the street. Next we had a gravel driveway laid in and the septic system setup for our RV use. Lastly we had some Leyland Cypress trees put in along the western and eastern edges of the lot. And oh yes, there was a big storm along the coast 100+plus MPH winds on december 2nd and two of our neighbors trees fell onto our lot. More work for next summer!
