Duluth (June 19, 2006)While in Minnesota we took a side trip to Ely to visit friends and spent a couple days in Duluth. This is a harbor town located on Lake Superior. It's most prominent feature is it's draw bridge, which when built gave Duluth access to Lake and Ocean ship traffic. |

La Conner (July 1, 2006)We made a quick trip to the NW for a wedding and to visit family. While visiting in Seattle we went on a day trip to La Conner, Washington. It's a old fishing town turned tourest trap. We had a good time wondering around the town's shops. It's located on the northern Pudget Sound. |
