Another attraction at Mesa Verde is the Chapin Mesa Top Loop drive. This drive takes you around the mesa top with pull outs for either view points to look into the canyons at cliff dwelling sites or above ground dwelling exhibits.

1 Note the Altitude 8572. We had to walk up what would ordinarily be a easy path to the top, except for the altitude! This was on the way to the Chapin Mesa Loop.
