Here is my first attempt at setting my unit up for verticle jigging. You can clearly see the jig in both types of sonar, 2D (83/200 khz combo) and Down Imaging. Because the 2D sonar cone is larger, the fish (big red arc) shows up well in DI also. Because of the small beam of DI, it is hard to get the jig to show up, as it has to be in near perfect position to print out.
I was pretty impressed with this application. Enough to make me go deeper more often... Not a chance!
