This pup in a rural GA shelter was on NR's radar. Another group has rescued this pup (SAFE)!
4-month old Griffin was begging to be rescued, so NR pulled him from a south GA shelter. He's currently being temped in GA but will ultimately be fostered in MI. He is safe!
Pregnant Candy was in a SC shelter. A NR member decided she couldn't let this "sweet" pup have her babies in the shelter, so Candy is resting in her temporary SC foster home for a few days until she gets to GA where she (and soon-to-be-delivered puppies) will be fostered.
This stray pup was going to be pulled by NR when his stray hold was up, but another group rescued him from the rural NC shelter - he is safe.
This 1 1/2-year young female was in a metro Atlanta shelter as an owner surrender (due to elderly owner having Alzheimer's). NR has pulled her, and Tora is safe in her GA foster home.
This south Georgia pup's owner died and needed rescue. NR was arranging rescue but another group has stepped in, and this pup is SAFE.
This fella was on NR's radar to be rescued from a south metro Atlanta shelter, but he was adopted immediately (and is safe).
Daisy was ready to give birth, and NR was notified to see if we had any fosters available. Daisy is SAFE in her GA foster home where she has already given birth to her puppies (see next photo).
Daisy's due date was imminent when NR was contacted. No sooner than Daisy got into the quiet of her GA foster home than she delivered her puppies. All are safe (do not have pupppies' genders or names yet).
This handsome boy in a north GA shelter was on NR's radar and as NR was about to pull, we learned that another rescue group had saved him.
Dutchess was an owner surrender (turned in to an overcrowded Los Angeles shelter because the landlord said the owner could not keep her). She is now safe with NR in her temporary CA foster home and will be fostered in Nevada.
This little fella found himself as a stray, but as soon as his stray hold was up, he was adopted! He is safe.
