2-yr old Chase was an owner surrender (in a metro Atlanta shelter) because the owner could no longer take care of him. Just rescued yesterday, he obviously was stressed in the shelter, having lost several pounds from his intake date of just before Thanksgiving. He is extremely friendly & is good with children (& is also safe with New Rattitude)!
A good Samaritan saw this adult female being dropped off/left by a truck in a rural NC town & was able to catch the confused, frightened pup. After a bath to clean her up, this pup was so appreciative & loving. New Rattitude was making arrangements to get the pup & found the good Samaritan had already placed her in a loving home, so she is safe.
This tiny, young female stray was in a south metro Atlanta shelter and was quickly rescued by another group. She is safe.
This possibly pregnant 8-yr old owner surrender in a GA shelter was on New Rattitude's radar. She was pulled by another rescue group & is safe!
This young male was a stray in a northwest GA shelter. Before New Rattitude could rescue him, another group stepped up to pull him, so he is safe!
This young fellow was a stray in a WV shelter, but he was quickly adopted and is now safe.
Wiggling tail brothers Topi (L) and Edmi (R) - so happy that New Rattitude has rescued them - were picked up as strays in west metro Atlanta where New Rattitude rescued them. They are learning to relax in the safety of their GA foster home.
These rattie/chi owner surrender brothers in a north GA shelter were being watched by New Rattitude. Both pups have been rescued by another group & are safe.
Adorable, young male pup Jax was in a south metro Atlanta shelter - but not for long. New Rattitude rescued him, and he'll be hitching a transport ride to his SC foster home this upcoming weekend - he is safe!
This young female was in a high-kill north GA shelter. New Rattitude was working to pull her; however, another group rescued her, and she is safe!
This 2-month old male puppy was turned in to a north GA shelter and was quickly adopted - he is safe!
