almost 5 years ago, I adopted a very sweet 10-yr. old rattie, LucyLou, whose DNA profile revealed that she was a "Foxy" Rat terrier. She passed away recently. I am taking my time, but I visit dog-adoption sites frequently. I am drawn to anxious and/or senior dogs. Several dogs and one frantic 2-yr old horse gained confidence and security, leaving their past in the past and enjoyed our new circumstances. I have a question about transportation of an adoptee to their new home. Is it better to search for someone in your home or neighboring state? - Louise DeVito Strang, Wed, 16 Jul 2025 8:39AM | |||||||||||||||||||
