Be sure to include your name, email address, phone number, and the category, item# and title, and bid amount for each item you're bidding on.  

Bids must be at or above the specified starting bid to be considered. 

Bids must be done in $1.00 or greater increments. 
You must be 18 years of age or older to place a bid. 
All bids are considered final and binding. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through on payment. 
The owner of the email that submits the bid will be considered the bidder and responsible for the bid/payment should their email be the winning bid on any given item. 
The highest bid on an item will be determined based on the time of the email sent as recorded by the time marked by our ISP. 
High bids and bidders (identified by first name, last initial) will be posted on the auction site every day by 7:00 a.m. EDT and by 10:00 p.m. EDT on the final Auction day.
Full payment is required within 48 hours of being notified of being a winning bidder. Acceptable methods of payment include Credit Card or Paypal to treasurer@newrattitude.org, or check payable to New Rattitude and mailed to P.O. Box 14064, Lansing, MI 48901. 
There are no additional charges to cover shipping costs for items shipped within the continental United States unless noted otherwise in the auction item description, but donations to cover our expenses are gratefully accepted. Winning bidders outside the continental United States will be charged actual shipping costs. 
There are no returns or exchanges and NR is not responsible for the condition of any item upon receipt to the winner(s).
