Elisa has the luck of the Irish with her as she has been rescued twice - the first time when she was found drowning in a drain pipe & the second time by New Rattitude.  Lovely, mom-to-be Elisa is making her transport up to her VA foster this weekend (anyone's guess if the passenger list will include any additional little ones)!  She is safe!
