1 Introducing Vince (like NBA star Vince Carter!) who has impressive jumping skills as well as a cute underbite. This little guy with the black ring around his stub of a tail was beyond urgent when New Rattitude pulled him to safety. He is enjoying Easter Sunday sunshine in his GA foster home.
2 Sweet, friendly 6-yr old male in a north metro Atlanta shelter was turned in with multiple other dogs. New Rattitude had him on the radar & learned he was adopted. He is safe!
3 Tiny 11-lb. rattie/Italian greyhound mix was in a NC shelter. She was reclaimed by her owner, but she'll need a vet visit within 10 days or be seized by animal control for lack of care. New Rattitude will continue to watch to see if she is returned to the shelter. For now, she is somewhat safe with her owner.
4 Rat/chi mix in a east metro Atlanta shelter was available to rescue only as she was thought to be pregnant. She was quickly pulled by another group & is safe.
5 This female rattie/cattle dog mix was in a north GA shelter. She was pulled by another rescue group & is safe.
6 This fellow with unusual markings was in a north GA shelter & on New Rattitude's watch list. Before we could pull him, another rescue group pulled him to safety!
7 This 4-month old male pup was in a shelter near Savannah. He was quickly pulled to safety by another rescue group.
8 This handsome rattie near Athens, GA was listed as urgent, & New Rattitude was working to find him an open spot & learned he had been rescued by another group. He is safe!
9 Puppy Coco Chanel was in a south metro Atlanta shelter; she has been pulled to safety & is being fostered in GA.
10 8-yr old Earle is an Ohio puppy mill survivor. He is now safe in his WI foster home.
11 8-yr old Sylvia is an Ohio puppy mill survivor. She is now safe in her WI foster home (foster mom says Sylvia is a happy, silly pup).
12 This little puppy close to Athens, GA was quickly adopted after the stray hold was up - SAFE!
13 Male Decker rattie near Athens, GA was a stray & on New Rattitude's radar. However, a dog trainer in the area has gotten him to safety with a good Samaritan in a temporary foster home while waiting to find a permanent home. He is out of danger & safe.
