Silly Billy is a 7-month old owner surrender. He belonged to an elderly lady (experiencing health issues & can no longer care for him), so when she couldn't find a local home for him, New Rattitude stepped in. Fostered in MT, Silly Billy's foster mom says he is very sweet & already possesses skills & manners - he is safe!
8-yr old owner surrender Mimsy became a New Rattitude pup when her owner lost his home & was living in his car with Mimsy & 2 other pups. Mimsy is safe & being fostered in VA.
Young pup Shae was an owner surrender for being too timid (he's still a puppy!). Now safe in his WA foster home, he is working on building more confidence & trust, so he can have a positive future with his fur-ever family.
This 10-year old female owner surrender in a NC shelter was quickly adopted & is now safe.
This 10-year old female is 1 of 3 owner surrender pups in a rural AL shelter. New Rattitude had these pups on their radar but learned they had all been pulled by another rescue & are safe.
This 6-month old female is 1 of 3 owner surrender pups in a rural AL shelter. New Rattitude had these pups on their radar but learned they had all been pulled by another rescue & are safe.
This 6-month old male is 1 of 3 owner surrender pups in a rural AL shelter. New Rattitude had these pups on their radar but learned they had all been pulled by another rescue & are safe.
Spunky 14-year old Pippin was an owner surrender (in metro Atlanta). The owner took healthy Pippin to a vet for a "convenience euthanasia", but the vet refused to euthanize a personable, healthy pup & had the owner sign over rights to the pup. New Rattitude was contacted, & Pippin is safe (after his dental extractions) & enjoying his GA foster home.
This 18-month old male pup was in a south metro Atlanta shelter & was adopted after his stray hold was up - he is safe!
This sweet Florida girl first had her human dad pass away & then watched as her human mom passed away after a fall. She was left to fend for herself for 2-3 weeks before a good Samaritan rescued her. She is now safe with rescue!
This terrified young female pup in a south GA shelter was on New Rattitude's radar; however, she was quickly adopted once her stray hold was up & is now safe.
This precious puppy in a south GA shelter was injured by larger dogs & available to rescue groups only to ensure the medical follow-up treatment needed was obtained. This pup is indeed safe with another rescue group.
