1 Mature rattie Max found himself in a South Carolina shelter, but NR quickly stepped in and pulled this charismatic gentleman with plenty of life and love left on his resume. He is safe in his Virginia foster home and settling in nicely.
2 This black & white female was a stray in a rural North Carolina shelter. While NR had her on their radar, another rescue group pulled her, and she is safe!

4 Luke is one of three siblings who were owner surrenders to a North Carolina shelter. When they were transferred to a shelter in Virginia, NR was notified, and the three super-sweet (although a little shy) rattie brothers were promptly pulled - they are safe! 7 This 2-yr old was extremely frightened in a Yolo County, California shelter, and her time was running short. The shelter staff indicated how sweet she was when they got her aside more one-on-one (and offered some tasty incentives for trust). NR stepped in and rescued this beautiful young pup - she is safe! Maggie is being fostered in Nevada.
