1 6-year old Nanna came into a NC shelter with a "brother" as owner surrenders. The male was rescued before Nanna, but NR had this girl on their radar. Now Nina (new name, new life, New Rattitude!) is safely enjoying her VA foster home.
2 Ladybug was found as a stray, very thin and weak. After a month of posting signs and calling around looking for her owner, the good Samaritan who found her contacted New Rattitude to see if we would foster her and find her a home. She is safe in WA!
3 This handsome 8-yr old boy was picked up as a stray and found himself in a VA shelter for 10 days. He was microchipped (but not registered), neutered, and wearing a Sestro collar. When he was not claimed, NR stepped in and rescued him. Stan is now safe in VA (helping Frank and Dee with puppy duty).
4 This tiny little girl was part of a LA cruelty case and brought to a shelter along with several other dogs (who have all since been rescued); Kayleigh was the only one remaining to be rescued. NR stepped in, rescued her, and she is now safe and learning that humans can be quite kind. She's be fostered in GA.
