Parker
Parker is about 7yr and 15.5lbs, full Rattie. He needs a special home that rarely has visitors. He is very loving to his people but, will not accept outsiders. Parker would ALWAYS prefer to sit on a lap which doesn't always happen in a foster home with five other dogs. Poor boy, wants his own person.
