Forest
Forest is a 3 year old, 8 pound rat terrier-chi mix that is ready for a fresh start. Found a stray in Georgia, he needs a family of his own that are prepared to cuddle, snuggle, play, and go for walks. For adoption info or an application, please visit the New Rattitude Website.
Forest is just 8 pounds but full of personality.
We have a lot of blurry photos with toys because Forest is moving so fast with them.
He's had the opportunity to meet lots of other dogs of all sizes. Forest does well hanging out with them, but does not initiate play.
Sofa + blanket + toy = happy boy
more toy time. He loves to remove a squeaker.
This cute little dude likes to have some good chews available. Forest really likes a hoof, but also enjoys these flavored nylabones.
Hanging out with his foster sister in the warmest spot on a sunny day.
Forest had pretty bad fleas when he arrived at his foster home. After several weeks, his skin has improved significantly, but still had a few spots of thin hair around his tail and back.
Forest blended right in when visiting another family with larger dogs. He's very confident and quickly tries to take over any open human laps- if you have another dog, they should be okay with that.
Download MPEG4 10 Group walk with foster sister Ari and a lab mix. Forest was happy to tuck in and walk with the group.
The fish in the outdoor pond got fed and Forest thought they could share if he could just reach their fish kibble.
Meeting a lab friend on leash.
Forest's favorite nap spot is on a lap with a blanket.
Family hike. Forest did his best to keep up, but his little legs got tired and he needed some extra rest breaks.
Tiny boy loves to "hunt" just the right leaf and eat it.
Again, must sit in your lap if it is available.
