Annabelle loves people and always wants to be near her humans when they are home.

Gorgeous girl is still learning about living in a house and is working on manners like not jumping at the kitchen counters.

Annabelle is food motivated with the right treats and she's learning how to "sit", "shake", "spin", and just beginning "lay down". She just gets so excited about treats it disturbs her concentration.

She loves to be outside in almost any weather- not a fan of walking in the rain like many dogs.

Finally figuring out where to hang out while her humans work from home. As long as she can be close by she is learning to relax.

Lovely terrier with a docked tail and beautiful eyes. When she is hungry she will start flipping over her bowl to make sure everyone knows about it.

Very curious about everything happening outside. Checks out all the windows to figure out where the best view is. Sometimes it is on a table, other times a bean bag chair.

Learning about leash walking- Annabelle is doing very well. She likes to make lots of stops to mark or sniff, especially in new areas.

More sniffs. Annabelle is learning to ask to go outside, but sometimes she just wants to walk around. Clearly has spent a lot of time outdoors and loves it.

Soft toys of any size that have squeakers are preferred to quiet toys. Balls are okay sometimes.

Belly rubs are something specific to the safety of the sofa after you have earned her trust. More prevalent if you happen to have a little snack.

Friends are made immediately. Annabelle can be a little pushy asking for pets, even if she only met you a few minutes ago.

Annabelle also likes dog friends. She seems interested in dogs of all sizes, and assumes they are her friends. She needs to continue working on approaching gently, especially for smaller dogs that may not want to play.

Loving a good walk in the middle of the morning. Will be ready for a walk literally any time of day as long as it isn't raining.

She often chooses the "flat" stuffies first and finds their squeaker to make some noise.

How about this toy? It's okay.

cute little terrier butt- with that docked tail she can almost pass for a corgi with shorter fur when her legs are folded up.

snoozing is always the sweetest time.

Post bath Annabelle is looking extra good. Although she likes to splash in puddles, bath time wasn't as fun as any of us had hoped.

Playtime with NR foster Bodie.

Playing with NR foster Bodie. He's smaller and they played well for a while, but Annabelle had some trouble dialing it back when Bodie was tired of playing.

Met a giant 100 pound lab after her check up at the vet. Annabelle could see being friends with this big fellow and even gave a few play bows.

The tub is more interesting when she isn't getting a bath. The day after her bath, she got back in several times to check it out.
