Nellie

1 IMG 20230207 200036 840 Nellie is 9, almost 10 years old, and was surrendered by a family that didn't have time for her. She loves people and other dogs, but loud humans make her nervous!
2 20230211 142151 Nellie loves soft, fuzzy toys, and prefers that a person or another dog initiates playing with them.

4 20230207 082351 Like many terriers, Nellie loves to be either on top of a soft blanket or under it. She does this by herself!
5 20230204 192330 Nellie sees herself as a lap dog. if you are sitting down in a chair and your lap is empty, it won't be for long.
6 20230204 145039 This cutie loves food, but she is a little picky with new foods or treats- needing to try them a few times before being enthusiastic. She's working on learning some basic commands like "sit".
7 20230204 144704 Nellie has a few old lady lumps and bumps on her skin, but our vet says nothing to worry about. she is also taking some over the counter allergy medicine to help with some mild skin irritation that is clearing up well on her new nutritious diet.

9 20230204 145419 The cutest part of Nellie is her adorable tail wag. The top fluffy part stays in this position, so it's a bouncy curl being wagged.
10 20230204 165945 Nellie doesn't mind a sweater when the temps are below freezing if it means she can get in a walk around the neighborhood. She loves to sniff her way around, stopping to mark as many corners as possible (yes, she is a girl who likes to mark like many boy dogs)
