Winston only has four teeth, and most of them are on the left side of his mouth - so his little tongue tends to hang out the right side, giving him this adorable lopsided look! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

After having a hard life, Winston appreciates the finer things - soft dog beds are a must! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

His tongue almost always hangs out while he sleeps, meaning his foster mom has a ridiculous number of photos on her phone of Winston sleeping and looking so cute. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Just chilling on a blanket, enjoying the good life! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

He sleeps very soundly. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

He enjoys being outside, but only for short bursts, and then he'll want to come back in and get cozy again. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

His right ear is a little scrunched; it looks like maybe it was injured at some point. It's totally healed now, though, and just adds to his endearing appearance. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Asymmetry is totally trendy! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

His vision is still excellent. He clearly relies on it heavily, and does not like going into dark rooms. He will bark to let you know he wants a light turned on so he can go somewhere. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Being mostly deaf means Winston doesn't bark at the doorbell or other dogs on TV! He is a very quiet, chill little dude. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Winston doesn't have much of a tail, but he sure does know how to wiggle the little nub he's got when you come home! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Winston is waiting to be served his afternoon meal. Winston is an enthusiastic eater, but he also has manners and will steer clear of another dog eating their food (he just may want to clean their bowl when they're done!) For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

He has such a handsome face! For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

Winston is a good host to guests. While he may bark when they initially come through the door, he is quick to approach them with a wagging nub and solicit affection. For more info or to apply to adopt, please go http://www.NewRattitude.org

He is adorable! I just lost my Max last October. He was 17 - and I adopted him when he was 11. He was so full of life. Older dogs are so wonderful! They are mellow and trained and appreciative of love - and they have so much love to give! If anyone out there is wondering if it's a good idea...it is! Best decision of my life. I loved that dog to the moon and back.
