What a lovely little girl! Is there any more information the foster of this cutie can share? We've always been "Corgi people" and have adopted three in the past (two at age 10), but we've recently met a wonderful "Ratcha" adopted by friends, so now we're thinking maybe Lilo might be the doggie for us!
