Bo was rescued by a Georgia shelter from an abusive environment. Some old healed scars are still slightly visible along his back bone. But mistreatment has not affected his loving nature.
Bo is always ready to smile and play. He's gentle, loving and friendly. Yes, he loves to ride in car and take walks too.
Bo enjoys playing outside but is a complete gentleman inside too. He's fully house trained - no accidents - and uses the dog door.
Bo will sit and track a squirrel for long periods of time, but he is patient and does not just stand there and bark at it. Only if the squirrel is dumb enough to come down into the yard will Bo spring into action and make that critter regret his intrusion.
“Bo is a great weight for his size – very fit and muscular – and has really handsome lines and erect ears, making him always look so handsomely alert.
Bo is a fast learner and obedient! He only needs a couple of practices and he's learned a new command. He quickly learned to sit and wait before getting his food.
Bo would be happy to a lap dog or just to sit beside you. He is friendly and gentle with other dogs and adores meeting new people. At 2-3 years old Bo would be the perfect dog to grow up with his new owner. He would love a family or a single pal.
