Oscar is a very handsome 2-3 year old.  He is a sweet guy, and weighing in at 12 pounds, is a perfect size!

Oscar loves to explore his surroundings, but is also happy to just chill out and watch the world go by.

Oscar appears to be house-trained.  He hasn't had any accidents in his foster home.

However, we think he spent most of his life outdoors. He came to the shelter as a stray, picked up off of the streets in Santa Ana, CA.
