Tanga is a doll.  I've been looking at adopting a new family member for a few months and he is the only one that really jumped out of my computer at me...there is something about him that I felt an instant connection with even though I've yet to meet him.  I have filled out the application and hope to hear something soon.  Also wanted to say thankyou to his and all the foster parents for giving so much of their heart to help animals.  You are all wonderful!
