1 Phoebe was originally a Texas gal before she came into foster care in Washington State so she is ever so happy when the sun is shining here and she can lay out on the deck soaking up the rays.
2 Little Miss Phoebe is so small that she fits under the coffee table, no problem. She is a bit under 5# now that she's gained some weight and will always be a tiny little thing. Because she's so fragile her ideal home will not have any kids or large dogs.
3 Here's a photo of Phoebe on her first day of foster care. When she first arrived in foster care little Phoebe was underweight, covered in scabs from flea and tick bites and had a bad case of kennel cough. In just 2 weeks she has gained weight and gotten healthy. Her coat is shiny and smooth and she is full of energy and loves to play with her foster brothers and sister.
