I don't do much barking in the yard like my foster Rat Terrier siblings do. I mostly bark when I want someone's attention. My foster mom says I have a loud bark for such a little fellow!

I would love to adopt Oliver but I'm all the way in Washington State. I hope that he finds a loving family cause he sounds like he really deserves it!

I fell in love with Oliver.  I would love to adopt him.  I just adopted 3 little boys and a shorky and he would make my family complete.  I lost my Rattie a year ago in July and no matter what I will always miss him.  I go online and look at all the ones online but none is around me.  I am in Virginia.
