Hello!  I have filled out the application to adopt Kalli, to become the very best friend of our rat terrier, Jack, who turns (1) next month.  She looks adorable and, although it's a long drive, I really want to "rescue" Jack's companion, as I rescued him from the Delaware, Ohio Humane Society (his name was Jack Sparrow on file there).  We live in the country, north of New Albany, Ohio and have a 1/2 acre yard, with the back fenced in.  Jack has the run of the house day and night, and other than chasing the cats a bit more than he should, he's great.  I walk him an average of 10 miles a week, generally 3 Saturday and 3 on Sunday, then throughout the week.  I can send pic's of our home,  yard, Jack, us, etc., if you would like to see.  After having my sister-in-law visit for 2 weeks with her Yorkie puppie, and watching Jack be so happy playing with another dog, it was clear that we had to find a friend.  Thank you for taking such good care of her!

Just wanted to say that Kalli is beautiful! I have a RT of my own who unfortunately won't accept any other pets into the home otherwise I would certainly be trying to adopt her. I hope Kalli finds the best home ever!
