Hamlin is an amazing 10-lb rattie who has overcome so much and is ready for a home of his very own.

He would love a home with another playful dog.  If dogs don't play with him he'll try to talk them into it.  "Pssst, Ava let's run around the yard."

While Hamlin feels very comfortable in his foster home he is unsure of new people and places.  This can all be overcome with more socializing.
