Hi! I'm Dottie. I was found running around near a busy road by a nice lady who picked me up and rescued me from life on the streets (and death on a busy road).  She took me to a safe place where I had food and a warm place to sleep.  She contacted my foster mom and, lucky me, I got a New Rattitude!

If you'll enlarge this photo and look at my scattering of ticking, you'll see why I was named Dottie...from all my beautiful dots. My hair is so smooth...my foster mom and dad say I feel like velvet.
